Physical Education and Health at Kormilda College facilitates students with the knowledge, skills and understanding they need to lead a confident, healthy and physically active life. It aims to help them develop through a variety of movement proficiencies which aim to be both challenging and enjoyable, in order for students to improve their capacity to move with skill and confidence. The Physical Education and Health course consists of both theoretical and practical components and aims to develop students' capacity to enhance personal and social health and wellbeing, understand the benefits of a physically active lifestyle and maximise movement potential.
