Lodge your completed Enrolment Application form with the College Registrar. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the student's last available school report and a copy of the student's most recent NAPLAN test results (or equivalent).
Receipt of your application is acknowledged in writing.
If the application is for the current year, an interview with the Registrar will be arranged when your application is received and will include parents or caregivers and the applicant student.
If the application is for the following or later years, an interview will be arranged during the year prior to placement.
In the case of Year 11 or 12 applicants, an interview must then be made NTCET or IB coordinator in order to discuss course requirements.
Upon a place being offered, and confirmation of acceptance by the payment of a $250 acceptance fee, the Registrar will provide you with additional documents to sign, including an Internet User Contract, Medical Records and Language preference forms – Indonesian, French or Spanish in Middle School.
A timetable will then be provided prior to commencement date to assist with the purchase of relevant text books and stationery. Textbooks must be ordered on line, see the home page and follow the link.
Uniforms are available from the College shop on campus during normal school hours. The shop is located next to the gymnasium. Please telephone the school shop prior to visiting to make an appointment tel: (08) 8922 1625.
In January at the beginning of the school year, an orientation day takes place at Kormilda for all new students entering from Years 6 to 12.
On the first day of school staff and students will be on hand to meet the new students to oversee their induction. Class lists and room numbers are posted around the College.
